I registered my son joe hood on this site and his name appears, but he cannot log on with his password. When we go to the forgotten password, it does not recognise his e-mail address.

He should have had an e mail to the registered e mail address when you set him up. You need to click on the activate link in it. It's a bit of a pain but does help to keep the spam bots out.

He has not received an e mail. Nick
