because of the number of moans and groans saying people are not marshalling we are enforcing the no marshal no ride rule one marshal per rider if you have two riders you will have to marshall all day.

Hi, enforcing the No marshall No ride policy is a good idea, but from general chat around the track there are some people there that have riders but dont marshal at all surely if these people were to marshal it wouldnt be a case of if you have more than 1 rider you have to marshal all day, I have been lead to believe that commitee members do not have to marshal why I appreciate that some members have a high work load others do not, and I feel that they should contribute to marshalling as well at the end of the day the people out marshalling week in week out are getting called to marshal again and its getting silly. Club numbers have already fallen and people are getting to the point where they have had enough and I would have to hate to have them fall any more and without riders there will be no club.We are not against you we are simply trying to rectify a situation that is getting out of control and see the marshalling run fairly because when you have people there who have often more than 1 rider but dont marsal at all and your getting called to do double marshall it simply is not fair!!!!!!
By the way I dont want the job of chief marshal I am simply trying a suggestion!

well its time to name and shame them i dont want the club to fold thats why i do the jobs i do and still marshall as well as other committee members doing alot and help to marshal when needed but can only do so much. I dont even get chance to watch my lad race half the time, also it does help to know who im talking to.
